crazy stiff fabric.....

Decided it would be fun today to  play with fabric stiffener so a bit of cutting and stiffening........ mmmm messy .......

mmmm but fun......

Could work in some scrap-booking or card making project.....

Meanwhile the buntings are nearly done..... except as per usual i have no matching binding..... heading of to Melbourne market tomorrow so maybe i will find my colors and a bargain....

Also going to visit the the TIM BURTON exhibition at ACMI, i won two free tickets so a bit excited about that.....

Two Weeks holiday.....

i have two weeks off no excuse to be lazy ....... but it is so cold so yes i am feeling a little lazy....

i did however receive my new fabrics in the mail ....... 

lovely fabrics love them all.......

Shopping online is so much fun.....

 








 

finally finished.....

wow it has taken some time but the flower buntings are finally finished......

Just went to movies to see A-Team .... was quite enjoyable.....

YoYo's are added... forgot the binding

The flowers are all stitched and the yoyo's and buttons are all in place on the Fabric bunting.....

Just wish i had of brought the binding to finish them off...... oh well nothing like really dragging out a project.......

The fabrics are choosen and the cutting is done....

Found some cute fabrics to use for my next bunting flags......... dots and ladybugs...

I thought i might use them all in one bunting but still deciding.......... all the shapes are cut and sewn just adding finishing touches like some yo-yo, blanket stitch edging and maybe some buttons.....

 The blanket stitch around the edge does not take to much time, and i think it looks rather neat.....

I will eventually when i finish all the detail add some red binding to string them to....

Today is make a bunting day for me........ i think there will be flowers..... and dots and blanket stitch....

And  maybe some ladybugs....
