Happy New Year to all... i hope some wonderful new years resolution's have been made?
To celebrate the new year i whipped up a whimsical garland, it is made from no-fray chiffon, sewn onto organza ribbon and satin ribbon.
This garland looks so pretty hung outside when the breeze catches it.
